Our Similkameen Collective wines came to us through collective of friends. Pam and Mick Luckhurst along with friends of theirs, that owned a vineyard in the Similkameen were so impressed with the fruit coming off the Blind Creek Vineyard that they decided to create a label to showcase the vineyard.
The Similkameen Collective wines were all made at Road 13 Vineyards with the same dedication to quality that has always been a priority with the Road 13 Vineyards. The first vintage of Similkameen Collective wines are exceptional and the Syrah Viognier 2013 lived up to expectations winning a Platinum medal at the 2016 National Wine Awards of Canada and the GSM 2014 winning at Platinum Medal at the 2017 National Wine Awards of Canada.
Over the next year or so you will find the 2013 and 2014 vintages of the Similkameen Collective wines at select restaurants and wine shops and, of course, at the winery. Starting with the 2015 vintage there will be a some changes made to label and the mix of wines under it. Sign-up for our newsletter (our join our wine club to be the first to know).
