Do I need to make reservation for a tasting?

If you would like to experience our Executive Tasting Lounge then it is recommended that you make a reservation. This will guarantee a table will be available. 

If you don't quite have enough time for the lounge and just want to taste in the Castle Tasting Room you don't need a reservation.

How do I book my tour with the Luckhursts?

To book your tour with the Luckhurst's simply contact us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. You can call (250-498-8330) or email us.

Tours with the Luckhurst's are at a set time each day - 11am.

How often are the Club shipments?

We sent our Club Members wine 3 times per year - Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Do you notify members before you send out the shipment?

Of course! About 3-4 weeks prior to each shipment we will sent you an email. In that email will be info on what's in your upcoming case, how much it will cost, when it is shipping, etc. We will also confirm your shipping address at this time.

What if I'm away when my wine is scheduled to arrive?

We are happy to delay your shipment so that it doesn't arrive while you are away. 

If you are away for an extended period of time we recommend shipping to a friend or office that is willing to hold your wine for you.

Can I pick-up all my shipments?

Of course! Just let us know if you prefer to pick-up your wine and we will have it ready for you.

How do I make changes to my shipment?

At anytime you can log into "My Account" on our website and update your settings - address, credit card, wines in the upcoming shipment, etc.

Can I switch from Reds to Mixed (or Mixed to Reds)?

Definitely! If you would like to switch please notify us 4 weeks before the next shipment.

Why are there never any Honest John's wines, Stemwinder, or Seventy-Four K in my shipments?

Our Honest John wines, Stemwinder, and Seventy-Four K are our most popular wines and anyone who is a fan of Road 13 is already very familar with them. These wines are also very easy to find. We want our Club 13 members to get wines that they won't find when they walk into a liquor store.

Is there an option to only get white wines?

If you are looking for all white please join our Mixed Club, and simply let us know that you prefer to only receive white wine. We also include a few extra white options for the Mixed Club because we know there are members looking for only whites.

Can you hold my shipments and ship them all at once?

Sorry, but we can only hold wine for the duration fo the pick-up window.

Storage space at a winery is always a moving target. We coordinate with cellar to have storage space around each shipment, but once that shipment is complete we have to give that space back.

Can I pick-up my wines?

Yes you can pick-up your wines. For each shipment there is a pick-up window and if you are in the area during that time you are welcome to stop by and pick-up your wines. 

If we normally ship your wine to you, but want to pick-up a certain ship please let us know BEFORE the deadline for changes. We will sent you 3-4 weeks before we ship your club shipement. 

Any wines not picked up during the pick-up window will automatically be shipped at the member's expense.

Can I have someone else pick-up my wines?

Yes you can have someone else pick-up your wines. To do this please contact us in advance to let us know who will be picking up yours wines.

Can I make changes to my shipment?

Not everyone has the same tastes in wine. We try and create a 6-pack of wine that appeals to everyone, but in case it doesn't we always offer other wines that you can choose from to make your own 6-pack. Simply login, and edit your 'Club List'.
