Winemaker Notes
The first single varietal Cabernet Franc from Road 13 was created with our Wine Club members in mind! The fruit for this small lot wine comes from our East Osoyoos vineyard block. Hand harvested and hand-sorted, destemmed and fermented for 28 days on skins to extract the perfect balance of tannin and fruit. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (40% new).
