Our reserve block of this thick-skinned grape located in east Osoyoos provides an exceptionally concentrated expression of South Okanagan Cabernet Sauvignon.Hand-picked at peak ripeness, sorted and fermented for 28 days to extract the perfect balance of fruit and tannin. Aged for 18 months in French and American oak.
